About this role
Role Overview
- Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Bank reconciliations and cash flow control;
- Issuance of invoices and support for tax routines;
- Support in the monthly accounting close;
- Preparation and analysis of financial reports and revenue KPIs;
- Support in improving the department's processes.
Requirements
- Must reside in São José dos Campos, SP or nearby areas;
- Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Previous experience in financial operations;
- Intermediate or higher Excel (including formulas, pivot tables and data organization);
- Intermediate or higher English;
- Knowledge of tax routines and accounting concepts;
- Familiarity with financial management systems, ERPs or BI tools is a plus.
- Organized and detail-oriented;
- Strong logical/analytical thinking;
- Proactive with a willingness to learn;
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
