Ensure that amounts are paid and received within the agreed deadlines according to the payment terms negotiated.
Customer service and providing support to internal teams.
Documentation analysis: review documents such as invoices, balance sheets, income statements and credit reports (clients).
Receive and review collection returns/responses.
Information verification: confirm the accuracy of information provided by applicants through queries to the appropriate authorities/agencies.
Ongoing review: monitor the existing customer portfolio.
Credit renewal: evaluate credit renewals semiannually and make necessary adjustments based on clients’ current financial situation.
Collections: manage delinquency.
Issuance and control of CNDs (tax clearance certificates) and other legal documentation.
Royalties control.
Handle discrepancies in titles/documents — documents or amounts that differ from system records.
Availability to work at events and travel when required.
Cash control (external events).
Closing and control of bank fees/charges.
Closing and reconciliation of bank balances.
Credit analysis.
Reconciliation of customer payments.
Create payment/receipt terms and purchase requests (SC).
Implement collection policies and manage delinquency.
Requirements
Preferred: Knowledge of the Protheus (TOTVS) system.
Experience performing the activities described in the vacancy will be an advantage.
