Compliance Office Associate — Corporate Clients

Role Overview

• You identify case-specific risks and address them directly with clients, taking into account legal and regulatory requirements
• You assess business relationships and client transactions and produce accurate, well-written reports
• You monitor adherence to due diligence requirements and tax compliance
• Using your expertise, you navigate confidently between legal and banking matters and identify targeted, compliant solutions for clients

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship, a higher vocational college qualification, or a degree in law or business administration
• Experience in compliance, preferably in the financial services industry
• Quick comprehension and strong analytical, integrated thinking
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
• Fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency)
