Role Overview
- Monitoring and representation in arbitration proceedings and court cases;
- Drafting procedural briefs and court filings of medium and high complexity;
- Conducting hearings, case management conferences, and oral arguments;
- Updating case reports and clients' internal systems.
Requirements
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) — OAB/RS or OAB/SP
- At least 2 years since graduation in Law
- Experience in a law firm in dispute resolution and arbitration
- Experience managing portfolios of litigation and arbitration matters involving civil and corporate/business law.
