Drive the further development of project management in the areas of Corporate Architecture and Events
Establish standards, governance models and tools
Ensure transparency, prioritization and consistent execution across the global project portfolio
Lead and coordinate architectural brand-presence projects from concept approval through to handover
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and external partners while ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets and quality requirements as well as all corporate guidelines
Own the management of global events, trade shows and brand activations and ensure smooth planning
Lead and develop the Project Management teams
Establish clear role and responsibility structures
Oversee budget planning, cost control, quality standards and risk management across the project portfolio
Continuously optimize efficiency, compliance and delivery quality

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Event Management, Design or a related field
Proven leadership experience in international project management, ideally in corporate architecture, retail, events or trade shows
Track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in an international context
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget planning and cost control
Solid understanding of brand-driven architecture and event projects
Strong leadership skills combined with an operational, hands-on mentality
Excellent stakeholder-management skills and persuasive communication across all levels of the organization
Structured, resilient and solution-oriented working style combined with confident decision-making in dynamic, fast-paced environments
