Coordinate and execute projects for registration of products covered by Law No. 6,894/80 (fertilizers, inoculants, biofertilizers, etc.), including planning, dossier preparation, submission, approvals, post-registration updates and renewals.
Coordinate and conduct registration projects for products covered by the Bio-inputs law (Law No. 6,894/80), from planning and dossier preparation to submission, approvals, post-registration updates and renewals.
Prepare and review labels, technical specifications and other regulatory documentation relevant to the company’s commercialized products.
Coordinate and execute registrations, listings, renewals and modifications of establishments with MAPA (Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply), Civil Police, Federal Police and the Army.
Respond to regulatory requirements issued by the competent authorities.
Coordinate and execute maps/records for controlled products with the Civil Police, Federal Police and the Army.
Coordinate the submission of commercialization reports to MAPA.
Coordinate the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for products under your responsibility.
Coordinate and define NCM (Mercosur Common Nomenclature / tariff codes) for products under your responsibility.
Coordinate administrative processes related to products under your responsibility: SKU registration, document management, contract management, payments, among others.
Coordinate the activities of regulatory analysts and oversee the technical and corporate development of professionals under your supervision.
Interface with local and global teams to ensure the Company’s objectives and deadlines are met.
Monitor the progress of projects under your coordination and effectively communicate internal stakeholders about status and potential changes to the initially established plan.
Represent the Company in industry associations, track regulatory trends and ensure active communication regarding impacts on the Company’s projects.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Agronomy, Biology or related fields.
Extensive knowledge of Brazilian legislation for fertilizers, inoculants, soil amendments/correctives and biofertilizers.
Knowledge of pesticide and bio-inputs legislation.
Knowledge of legislation for products controlled by the Civil Police, Army and Federal Police.
Project management skills.
Experience in multinational companies and interfacing with global teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, Planner, SAP and analytical tools.
Required: Intermediate to Advanced English.
