High-Volume Litigation Attorney – Junior

Role Overview

• Conduct analysis and draft legal pleadings and filings
• Direct involvement in enforcement proceedings and judgment execution in civil cases
• Conduct legal and case-law research
• Prepare legal opinions and reports
• Draft petitions for judgment enforcement, objections to enforcement, defenses in execution proceedings, submissions regarding calculations, requests for asset blocking/unblocking via Sisbajud, and filings/requests through Renajud, Infojud and other judicial systems

Requirements

• Law degree (completed)
• Active OAB registration
• Experience with enforcement/execution of judgments
• Knowledge of civil procedure and applicable legislation
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Experience with electronic judicial systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, Eproc, etc.)
