Role Overview
- Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with SLA timelines;
- Track allocation of matters and team productivity;
- Maintain and oversee internal and external case management/control systems;
- Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs);
- Review strategic filings and legal documents when necessary;
- Standardize internal workflows and procedures;
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements;
- Monitor individual and team targets;
- Provide technical support to legal assistants, interns, and junior attorneys;
- Interface with institutional clients when necessary.
Requirements
- Law degree with active OAB registration/license;
- Previous experience as an attorney or in legal controlling/management;
- Experience handling a high volume of cases (preferably large-scale litigation);
- Experience preparing and analyzing reports;
- Knowledge of legal KPIs and target-driven management;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Analytical, organized, and strategic mindset;
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical leadership.
