Responsible for preparing, monitoring and reviewing lists
Identifies the need for tests based on relevance and proposes solutions, under the guidance of more experienced professionals
Acts autonomously in coordinating the team and advancing work, requiring occasional guidance from supervisors; instructs the team on tasks to be performed and supervises data, reports and results
Conducts testing activities and prepares reports on projects with high technical complexity
Provides information and guidance on a wide range of tax issues faced by the target company
Actively participates in status and Q&A meetings with the target company
Reviews and prepares Q&A
Supports managers in time management, project progress reporting, and maintaining the relationship with the target company
Supports the professional development of the team by identifying needs, contributing to the preparation of technical training materials, and providing on-the-job training to less experienced staff.
Requirements
Previous experience in tax due diligence
Currently enrolled in or graduated with a degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
