Receive, analyze, monitor and process RCs for subsequent issuance and sending of the PC or return of the RC to the responsible department
Verify and correct and/or report any inconsistencies in new or returned RCs to the responsible departments
Send the PC to the supplier and await their acceptance
Draft and send queries and requests to Legal, Finance, Tax, Guidance, PCAD and other departments
Develop, control, update, monitor and report on automated or manual control systems
Monitor, analyze and present a weekly report on the status of RCs whose PCs were issued automatically by SATRe
Evaluate the fulfillment status of RCs
Interact with other departments
Organize, attend, mediate and record meetings with suppliers and/or internal departments

Minimum of 2 years of experience, proven in an official employment record (Carteira de Trabalho) or other employment contract
Preferred: Experience in procurement or related areas, in medium or large companies
Fluency in the local language and strong technical writing skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
SAP systems and related modules (Ariba, S/4HANA, YARD, etc.)
