Act as the technical controllership reference within the CSC (Shared Services Center), ensuring standardization, integrity and consistency of financial information delivered to the group's business units in Brazil and to headquarters in the United States.
Consolidate, review and validate financial information, ensuring compliance with global corporate policies, guidelines from the U.S. parent company and financial compliance requirements.
Lead the Budget and Forecast process in an integrated manner with operational areas, global FP&A and regional teams, ensuring adherence to the corporate calendar and alignment with the group’s strategic plan.
Consolidate monthly performance analyses, including actual vs. budget variances, explaining deviations and proposing action plans.
Manage financial and operational KPIs for the CSC and the units served, conducting trend analyses, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending course corrections.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for the executive board and business areas.
Perform cost, expense, margin, profitability and financial viability analyses for projects.
Actively participate in accounting and management closing routines, reviewing cost centers, significant entries, provisions, expense allocations, reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of deliverables within the global calendar.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, process automation and implementation of new systems/solutions.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring the provision of adequate information and controls.
Ensure clear and accurate communication with global stakeholders, presenting results, explaining variances and providing strategic analyses in a concise, objective manner aligned with international reporting standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with solid background in controllership, financial planning, FP&A or related areas.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial analysis tools.
Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple demands and tight deadlines.
Good communication, organizational skills and business acumen.
Must reside in the city or metropolitan area of Curitiba, PR.
Advanced or fluent English.
