Qualify opportunities by understanding the client’s profile, needs, urgency for a solution, and purchase timing;
Conduct presentation, proposal, and closing meetings;
Record and keep all contact information, appointments, and history up to date in the CRM;
Follow an active contact cadence with leads, respecting SLAs and best practices;
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions;
Prepare and send proposals and commercial terms;
Participate in team alignment meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives;
Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to align strategies and improve the customer experience;
