Monitor order status with suppliers and address delays under supervision.
Monitor inventory levels and coverage by item, flagging risks of stockouts or excess.
Support Production Planning in prioritizing critical materials for the production plan.
Perform data entry, controls, and periodic reports (items, suppliers, delivery dates).
Run and analyze MRP (in the ERP system) to generate requisitions/purchase orders.
Update planning parameters (lead time, safety stock, minimum order quantities) under guidance.
Generate and maintain basic KPIs (supplier OTD, stockouts, coverage, turnover).
Contribute to cycle counts and master data accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in progress in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Previous experience in Materials Planning.
Intermediate Microsoft Office and Power BI skills.
Experience with SAP modules SD/PP/MM.
Basic knowledge of inventory/coverage, lead time, MPS/MRP/ERP, and Kanban.
Intermediate English and intermediate Spanish.
