Route planning and control: Execute load routing processes considering cost optimization and service level requirements.
Management and contracting of road transport: Oversee freight logistics and monitor carriers to ensure transport efficiency and compliance with SLAs.
Monitoring and analysis of KPIs: Develop and track performance indicators such as cost per ton, service level, and logistics savings.
Preparation of management reports and improvements: Produce analytical reports to support decision-making and implement logistics optimization initiatives.
Project management and continuous improvement: Apply methodologies to analyze causes of extraordinary costs, optimize logistics processes, and reduce expenses.
Management of digital carrier platforms: Supervise digital transportation platforms, manage freight expenses, monitor opportunities to maximize load utilization and operational efficiency, and evaluate specialized service projects for clients in the building and corporate segments.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, or Transportation Engineering.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation.
Experience with ERP systems for logistics operations (preferably SAP).
Good communication and teamwork skills to interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience in logistics operations, especially in road transport and cargo handling.
