You won’t just use our tools; you will build the "financial nervous system." You’ll lead the integration between clinical data, CRM, and accounting software (using Zapier, APIs, or no-code tools) to eliminate manual entry.
Own end-to-end financial operations, including bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting, with a focus on building scalable, repeatable processes.
Lead the strategic oversight of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to build real-time dashboards for billing, collections, and cash flow optimization.
Monitor and manage costs across the business; build models to track burn, unit economics, margins, and ROI to guide the Dev and Launch teams.
Identify and manage grants, subsidies, and non-dilutive financing. Support fundraising efforts including debt, venture financing, SAFEs, and strategic funding programs.
Partner with operations, clinical, and leadership teams to translate financial data into actionable technical or operational insights.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support growth and strategic decision-making.

Requirements
5–10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or high growth startup environment.
You have a "builder" mindset. You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) modern tech stacks, automation tools (Zapier/Airtable), and data visualization (SQL/Tableau/BI).
A strong bookkeeping and accounting foundation is non-negotiable; you must be comfortable owning the books while simultaneously building the systems to automate them.
Hands-on experience with RCM, healthcare billing, or insurance-based revenue models (Medicare/Medicaid) is strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills with the ability to build complex scenario models from scratch.
Proven experience managing costs and building financial discipline in a resource-constrained startup environment.
A clear communicator who can translate complex financial and technical data for non-finance stakeholders.
Professional Designation: CPA, CFA, or MBA.
Technical Background: Experience working alongside product or engineering teams to improve internal billing or data infrastructure.
