About this role
Role Overview
- Commissioning and maintenance of our heat pumps at end customers and plant operators
- Service-oriented advice to our customers, including heating contractors, by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support colleagues in the technical field service across the wider area of your assignment
- Participation in the on-call rota to provide prompt assistance to our customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a relevant field such as heating/plumbing systems technician (SHK), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electrician for energy and building services, or electrical installer; further qualification as a master craftsman or technician is an advantage
- Professional experience in customer service/field service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration, or HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning)
- Possession of a Category 1 refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein); Category 2 is a plus
- Valid driving licence (Class B)
- Good written and spoken German
