Collaborate effectively with small-scale customers and leads through phone calls, webinars and other digital sales channels, adhering to the established sales cycle and processes.
Continuously build knowledge of Clarivate products and services to effectively position our solutions.
Actively engage in webinars and online demos, sharing insights on customers, products, and sales with the broader team.
Maintain remote meeting volumes as established by Sales Management to ensure consistent engagement and productivity.
Identify and target potential roles within existing customers to expand business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
5 years of relevant experience (sales, sales operations, account management, regulatory compliance, customer engagement)
Knowledge of the Life Sciences
Knowledge of software/information solutions into the pharmaceutical sectors
