Create and facilitate innovative leadership and professional development programs using diverse methodologies, including AI-powered tools and digital learning solutions.
Support the People Empowerment Program (PEP) for Product & Engineering, create meeting/event invitations, surveys, newsletters, data collection/reporting/analysis.
Manage end-to-end program logistics for large scale virtual / hybrid events, engagement metrics, and stakeholder communications.
Oversee LMS management (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Google Cloud Skills Boost, Workday) ensuring adoption and high-quality content delivery.
Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness including dashboard reviews and data visualization, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Partner with HR and business leaders globally to align talent development with broader organizational goals.
Build and manage relationships with external partners to deliver customized, high-impact training solutions.
Requirements
4-year degree (or equivalent work experience); Advanced degree is a plus.
2–4 years of related experience in L&D / Organizational Development / Talent Management.
Proficiency in LMS Management (Workday, LinkedIn Learning) and digital adoption tools.
Strong organization skills, workshop facilitation and the ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures to solve moderate-to-complex problems.
Ability to support partners across various time zones in a remote/hybrid environment.
Additional Skills: Experience in Program Management or Business Operations. Background in Technical Training (coding bootcamps, engineering certifications). Experience managing Change Management or process improvement initiatives.
