Requirements
Professional certification, or bachelor's degree or higher, in one or more of the following: adult learning, human resources, organizational development, leadership development, and/or public administration
Four (4) years or more experience that includes supervisory experience or training others in supervisory skills
Any combination of the following: developing training programs, teaching or facilitating programs for adults, providing consulting services to an organization, or one-on-one coaching of adult learners
