Serve as a technical lead for Salesforce development projects

Lead efforts to optimize workflows, integrate third-party systems, and resolve technical challenges
Apply expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and modern development tools to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications
Ensure compliance with federal security standards
Mentor junior developers
Requirements
5+ years of related experience
Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) for integrations and data synchronization
Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and performance optimization
Experience implementing OAuth 2.0, Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity management solutions
Skilled in data modeling, schema design, and managing large datasets using Data Loader, SOQL, and SOSL
Expertise in Salesforce deployment practices
Experience using Visual Studio Code for Salesforce development
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field or related work experience (4+ years)
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I , Salesforce Platform App Builder , Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
