Role Overview
- Lead architecture and development of advanced AI/ML solutions
- Define and implement end-to-end AI pipelines (data → model → deployment → monitoring)
- Establish AI engineering standards, best practices, and governance
- Mentor AI/ML engineers and enforce code quality and technical excellence
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and production reliability
- Evaluate and adopt new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies
- Own delivery timelines, risk management, and quality standards
- Communicate technical trade-offs and solutions to stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of AI/ML experience with production deployments
- Strong expertise in Python, OOP, FastAPI, Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience with NLP, NLU, LLMs, and Generative AI
- Experience with Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, and MLOps practices
- Experience leading AI/ML engineering teams
- AWS AI/ML services experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS/IT/Data Science or related field
