Role Overview
Lead technical design sessions
Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
Manage the technical delivery of custom development
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements
Lead a team and own customer engagement
Maintain billable utilization targets for your team
Drive practice growth and team productivity
Requirements
10-15 years CRM experience
Minimum of 10 years on the Salesforce platform
Experience of one end-to-end Service Cloud implementation
Must have managed a team of technical and solution implementers
Experience building and growing a practice
Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems
Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite
Understanding of systems architecture
Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)
Knowledge of data integration tools and experiences
