Support the incorporation of sustainable practices, technologies and solutions into business areas, ensuring inclusion of environmental and social aspects.
Contribute to integrating human rights due diligence processes, including grievance mechanisms and monitoring and remediation systems across operations and the supply chain.
Conduct analyses of sustainable practices and strategies to identify opportunities, measure performance, support decision-making and evaluate impacts.
Use data from remediation systems and social indicators for basic analyses.
Support internal partnerships, contributing to sustainability practices, policies and initiatives.
Facilitate communication between departments on human rights, grievances, remediation status and updates to processes and materials.
Work with external partners — NGOs, associations, universities, foundations and government agencies — on sustainability initiatives.
Support the implementation of human rights due diligence standards and processes as well as monitoring and remediation systems.
Monitor key sustainability strategy metrics, demonstrating progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Report indicators from grievance mechanisms, monitoring and remediation systems, and organize community project data.
Support supplier assessments using sustainability criteria, contributing to alignment with organizational goals, mitigation of socio-environmental risks and strengthening social responsibility and supply chain resilience.
Contribute to the development of sustainable solutions, technologies and innovative practices addressing environmental and social challenges.
Support the creation and improvement of operational and educational materials related to human rights processes.
Stay up to date on sustainability and human rights trends, legislation on child and forced labor, grievance mechanisms and community best practices, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Requirements
Degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Environmental Management, Agronomy or related fields.
Previous experience with corporate sustainability and/or community development projects.
Experience with internal communication and reporting flows between departments.
Experience with data collection, organization, basic analysis and dashboards.
Reporting and dashboard tools (Power BI).
Advanced English (for reading international standards, trainings, reports and meetings with a global team).
