About this role
Role Overview
Provides technical support to the Plan's end user community
Assists in product use, problem resolution, installation of hardware and software
Provides support in areas of monitoring and maintaining systems
Develops and maintains automation of processes and procedures
Trains staff and familiarizes them on how to use computer hardware and software systems
Requirements
5 years’ work experience in desktop computing support environment
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of desktop software applications
Technical understanding and 1 year work experience with Microsoft Windows sysprep
Technical understanding and 1 year work experience administering Windows Group Policy (GPO)
Bachelor’s Degree or two years post high school education
Experience in configuration, setup, testing, and deployment of desktop hardware
