Lead the review and restructuring of the accounting and financial modules in the Benner ERP;
Ensure correct accounting, financial and tax parameterization of the system;
Define and implement best practices for ERP governance and usage.
Act as the primary point of contact between Controllership, Accounting, and IT for ERP-related matters with the software vendor;
Ensure the ERP adequately supports accounting and financial close processes;
Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial information produced by the system.
Map, review, and optimize financial workflows within the ERP;
Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains;
Reduce parallel controls outside the system (spreadsheets, legacy systems, and manual processes).
Lead improvements, enhancements, and new implementations within the ERP;
Specify functional requirements and oversee developments;
Participate in major projects involving financial systems.
Serve as the ERP functional reference for the finance team;
Train users and promote best practices for system use;
Support the resolution of systemic issues and inconsistencies.

Previous experience in the tourism industry.
Essential experience with Benner ERP (preferably in tourism).
Experience with accounting and financial processes and workflows.
Experience with ERP implementations.
Knowledge of databases (strong plus).
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering (Production, Computer, or related fields).
