Operational reporting: Creation, updating and quality assurance of regular HR reports and dashboards.
Power BI dashboards: Maintenance, review and further development of existing KPI dashboards, and support in visualizing new metrics.
Needs analysis & enhancement: Reviewing and optimizing existing reporting processes; identifying improvement opportunities and implementing your own ideas.
Interface management: Collaborating with IT to provide data as well as coordinating with HR teams and managers on report usage.
Rights and access management: Reviewing and managing user permissions.
Communication: Presenting results and actively communicating them to the business units.
Requirements
Completed or ongoing degree in business administration, business informatics, psychology (with a focus on HR, data analytics, or a related field).
Strong numerical affinity and a basic understanding of HR processes and KPIs.
Initial experience with reporting tools (ideally Power BI) and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
Analytical thinking, a structured working style and enthusiasm for process improvement.
Team-oriented, proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly.
