About this role
Role Overview
Shape a modern integrated management system with a focus on ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 and contribute your expertise in quality management, audits and process optimization.
You will support audits, implement standard requirements in a practical way and assist teams in optimizing processes and managing risks.
You are responsible for maintaining and further developing these procedures across the company — including organising appropriate trainings and workshops.
You identify system deviations early, assess them thoroughly and derive targeted improvement measures for our management systems.
You accompany the entire process from preparation through implementation to continuous development.
You competently evaluate internal audits and, if required, also support external audits.
You assemble a qualified audit team and ensure that professional development is not neglected.
When conducting internal audits, you apply your knowledge of audit principles, procedures and techniques.
You are also experienced in risk management and effectively apply suitable methods to sustainably improve processes.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (industrial/) engineering, (business/) computer science, quality management or a comparable discipline — alternatively, you have equivalent vocational training.
You have initial practical experience in quality management, ideally in the context of ISO 9001.
Knowledge of additional standards — for example environmental standards and information security (ISO 27001).
You think analytically, work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in complex situations.
You also demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to develop solutions collaboratively within a team.
Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany approximately three times per month.
You possess excellent spoken and written German and good English skills to operate confidently in an international working environment.
