Provision, support and further development of employee-related IT infrastructure (e.g., notebooks, mobile devices, telephony, printing services, IT security)
Support of end-user devices as well as maintenance and management of IT inventory
Assisting end users with technical questions and incidents
Setup, maintenance and administration of printers and other IT hardware
Acting as a key user for our ticketing system
Participation in group-wide IT projects and rollouts
Technical IT support for internal events of the enventa Group
Requirements
Good knowledge of Microsoft services and Microsoft Azure Cloud
Several years of experience in client support / client management
Preferably solid experience with software packaging (Intune)
Solid experience with Active Directory
Routine in client support / client management
Good understanding of IT security in the client environment
Solution-oriented, independent working style
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Willingness to quickly deepen and develop new IT topics
