Role Overview
- Define and execute the product strategy for Lobe Blowers technology
- Manage and develop the Lobe Blowers product range throughout the entire product lifecycle
- Define and execute effective product strategies based on competitor analysis, application requirements, and market insights
- Develop business cases, product definitions, and new product proposals in collaboration with Marketing & Sales

Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Marketing (or equivalent technical background)
- Experience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or Sales in Blowers, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum, or Compressors
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Project
- Fluent English; Italian language skills are a plus
