Designing and building clinical AI infrastructure that achieve business objectives
Leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers in developing cutting-edge AI applications
Collaborating with the product manager, UX researcher/designer and stakeholders to define AI project requirements
Researching and evaluating new AI technologies and methodologies to implement in projects
Presenting technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders
Ensuring that best practices and coding standards are maintained throughout the development process
Developing Python code and AWS infrastructure that works together to build advanced clinical AI systems

2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related fields
5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering
Expertise in AI Solutioning, with the ability to identify off-the-shelf AI tools and services to accelerate development cycles
Familiarity with the ecosystem of vector databases, deployment frameworks, and monitoring tools
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying AI models
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal 'public trust' security clearance
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, Master's Degree preferable
