Drive innovation by closely working with Commercial business stakeholders and team of engineers to translate prioritized business opportunities into rapid prototypes and MVPs
Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches
Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning through iterative delivery
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to quickly test hypotheses
Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope
Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement
Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions
Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
10+ years of product management experience, with a strong emphasis on rapid prototyping, MVP development, and agile delivery
Proven success in launching MVPs and iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics
Deep understanding of lean product development, agile methodologies, and user-centered design
Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are critical
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product decisions
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders around MVP goals and outcomes
Demonstrated ability to lead without authority through ambiguity and deliver high-impact solutions quickly
