Accountant, General Ledger

Role Overview

• Own the recording and reconciliation of cash transactions across multiple entities
• Reconcile bank accounts and payment processors to NetSuite
• Support daily revenue operations by reconciling payment processor reports
• Record and reconcile prepaid expenses and related amortization schedules
• Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, Tax, AP, and other teams
• Support the month-end close process
• Assist with interim and annual audits
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Work within NetSuite, FloQast, Excel, Chargebee and Google Sheets

Requirements

• You hold a degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
• 2+ years of experience in an accounting or general ledger role
• Confident in debits and credits
• Understand how transactions flow through the financial statements
• Excited to take responsibility for critical areas like cash and revenue
• Excellent time management skills
• Clear and proactive communication
• Resourceful and coachable
• Strong attention to accuracy
• Interested in improving processes
