Part of the agile team and implementation of smart software solutions
Primary point of contact for our clients and translating requirements into technical concepts
Prioritize requirements together with the team and maintain the product backlog
Further develop roadmap topics and drive the product vision
Write clear user stories and conduct transparent backlog refinement sessions
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
Ensure transparent alignment on strategy, goals, and progress
Present the product and promote shared leadership within the team
Attend customer meetings, including on-site meetings

Degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification in the IT field
Fluent in German
Initial experience as a Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, or in project management — ideally in an agile environment
Strong technical understanding and basic knowledge of, or interest in, modern software development
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Redmine; basic knowledge of Scrum is a plus
Strong customer focus, quick comprehension, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset
Experience handling complex subject matter
Strong communication and facilitation skills, empathy, and openness
