Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports on HR-related topics
Support for personnel and budget planning, including intra-year forecast calculations
Point of contact for ad-hoc analyses and queries from management
Independent analysis of personnel data and investigation of variances, including recommendations for action
Development of innovative solutions in the field of People Analytics
Optimization of a modern HR metrics system based on SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Independent responsibility for (part) projects and special assignments to optimize processes

Degree in Human Resources, Controlling, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Proven professional experience, ideally in a corporate/group environment
IT affinity and very good MS Excel skills
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BW is advantageous
Good business acumen and strong conceptual and analytical skills
Strong numerical affinity and a conscientious approach to handling sensitive data
