About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and track all customer inquiries through to order confirmation
Serve as the central point of contact for national and international customers, sales organizations, and project teams
Maintain the existing customer portfolio and monitor recurring process and service cycles
Participate in customer and project meetings, and proactively communicate about inquiries, delivery status, and open orders
Conduct targeted outreach to defined audiences to support sales activities and pipeline building
Prepare quotes and perform systematic follow-up
Produce sales-related reports and maintain customer data
Requirements
Commercial or technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
Work experience in inside sales or a comparable customer-facing role is advantageous
Proficient in MS Office and modern CRM systems
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills
