About this role

Participate in improvement initiatives
Structure action plans in coordination with Production PPC (Planning and Control)
Diagnose the existing project management approach
Establish standards and methodologies required to standardize the management of industrial projects
Lead the network of "ICP" assignees in each UEP (production unit)
Lead improvement projects focused on information flows or shop floor activities
Support the deployment of KAIZEN within small teams

Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Continuous Improvement, Industrial Performance, or a related field
Knowledge of mechanical engineering
Experience with Power BI
Familiarity with industrial environments and processes
Rigour and proactivity
Analytical and synthesis skills, and adaptability
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Strong interest in technical subjects and the industrial sector
Organizational skills and a methodical approach
Ability to step back and maintain a big-picture perspective
Aptitude for working with cross-functional teams
