Role Overview
- Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience
- Contributing to achieving store goals using their customer service and product knowledge skills
- Deliver the highest of Customer Service standards
- Maintaining adequate stock level of all products carried in the stores
- Operate a cash register efficiently, including Credit Card transactions
- Inform management about pricing, inventory, and out-of-date issues
- Protect company assets and stock merchandise in the store and backroom
- Keep the store clean by sweeping, dusting, organizing merchandise, and taking out the trash
- Perform other related tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse personalities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- At least 6 months of luxury retail experience
- Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
- Capability to lift 40-60 pounds
