Technical sales of modular automation and testing systems with a focus on complete system solutions
Analysis of customer requirements and translation into technical solution concepts
Customer consultation at system level (mechanics, electronics, automation)
Project-related support in early proposal phases with a high degree of ownership of solution development
Active development of new customers and expansion of existing customer relationships
Active contribution to establishing and developing international markets (e.g., USA, Turkey)
Preparation of proposals and price calculations and active support of projects through to contract conclusion
Conducting market and competitive analyses
Close cooperation with Engineering, Business Unit management and Sales management as the interface between customer, application and technology
High level of personal responsibility in solution development during early project phases
Requirements
Completed technical training (at least a technician-level qualification) or a completed technical degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or mechatronics
Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering or project-related roles
Understanding of technical investment goods and complex system solutions that require detailed explanation
Ability to quickly grasp technical interrelationships and communicate them clearly and persuasively
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and customer focus
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Good written and spoken English skills
High willingness to travel internationally
