Role Overview
- Design equipment and safely manage projects within a production environment
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to accomplish goals
- Communicate progress towards goals
- Work scheduled and unscheduled overtime, rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Requirements
- 5 years of Mechanical Engineering experience in a heavy manufacturing environment
- Active involvement in developing and executing projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Prior Leadership experience (preferred)
- 5 years of experience with Project Management (preferred)
