Define and implement the key metrics and KPIs to measure performance across sales, marketing, service, and support functions.
Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of commercial data.
Work closely with the Marketing team to provide data-driven insights that improve customer segmentation, targeting, and campaign performance.
Manage and leverage analytics platforms like Salesforce, Tableau, and others to build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports.
Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models for revenue, sales pipeline, and bookings.
Continuously analyze commercial activities and performance data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Analyze internal service and support processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Continuously refine data collection and analysis processes to improve accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
A minimum of five years of experience in business analytics, commercial operations, or business intelligence within a life sciences or related industry.
Previous experience working in a solo or small team environment is beneficial.
Experience in life sciences or a related field, with familiarity in commercial operations.
Experience working with marketing teams and providing insights to support marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and targeting strategies.
Experience with ERP, CRM systems, and customer engagement platforms (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
