Architect and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging Apex and Visualforce
Engineer robust data intake frameworks utilizing advanced form-building systems and API integrations
Design and execute comprehensive data validation protocols and automated workflow solutions
Spearhead the development and optimization of Process Builders and flows to streamline business operations
Conceptualize and implement complex data models aligned with organizational objectives
Oversee enterprise-wide Salesforce administration and governance
Direct user access management strategies
Establish and maintain seamless integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
Champion industry best practices and architectural design patterns within the Salesforce ecosystem
Develop and maintain sophisticated reporting solutions to drive data-driven decision making
Transform business requirements into elegant technical solutions while maintaining architectural integrity
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
7+ years proven experience in Salesforce administration
5+ years proven experience as a Salesforce Developer including Visualforce, Apex, lightning component framework, and the SOQL query language
Experience with managing Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) marketing automation
Desire to continually learn and incorporate new concepts and technologies into daily work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
