- Work as a business analyst with P&C insurance
- Lead and support analysis of reinsurance underwriting processes

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in P&C Insurance Domain concepts and workflow
- 7+ years of experience in Reinsurance core business processes
- Ability to Lead and support the analysis of reinsurance underwriting related business processes, identification, and initiation of business process improvements
- Creating and managing the business requirements in the product backlog (agile way of working)
- Feature testing and managing user acceptance tests
- Demonstrable and solid experience in analysis of business demands, deriving of system requirements and translating into system solutions
- In-depth knowledge of the processes of the entire software development and product life cycle in an agile mode
- Track record of successful implementations that delivered value to the business
- Strong analytical, facilitation and presentation skills
