Update and distribute recurring dashboards, reports, and member lists to internal customers.
Retrieve, prepare, and upload internal data to external vendor platforms.
Provide ad-hoc reporting, dashboards and status updates to internal customers based on internal ticketing system.
Present results of data analysis to credit union management for consideration when making business decisions.
Look for any opportunities to automate, streamline, or simplify existing processes.
Look for additional opportunities to leverage analytics across all business functions.
Advocate and demonstrate company brand.

Requirements
4-year college degree in Business, Math, Statistics, or Information Technology or equivalent combination of education, skills, and professional experience
Minimum of 1 year experience as a business analyst or related field (banking or finance preferred)
Proficient with MS Excel’s advanced functionalities, including complex formulas
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Experience working with large databases and query writing
Excellent communication skills
Ability to reconcile and validate data, think critically, and look for solutions
Takes initiative to proactively add value to the member and credit union
