Consolidation and presentation of all client
and project-related topics
Client support for project-related inquiries and communication regarding project progress
Preparation and conduct of contract negotiations
Preparation and presentation of project-related and strategic decision papers
Communication with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and executive levels
Development of strategies for account development and growth
Ensuring and improving customer satisfaction and retention

University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration or a natural science
Extensive experience communicating with senior leadership functions
Business-fluent English
Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract finalization
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and familiarity with common project management software
Excellent communication and project management skills
