Responsible for multichannel (phone, WhatsApp and email) handling of pre-qualified leads interested in CGI
Deliver institutional/company presentations and conduct qualification interviews to map client profile, operation, guarantees/collateral and payment capacity
Perform credit simulations according to the client profile
Align expectations on rates and terms and advise on next steps
Present the value proposition and differentiators to engage the lead and advance them through the sales funnel
Conduct document qualification by sending checklists, clarifying doubts, performing active follow-up, requesting and receiving documents, uploading documents into systems, and keeping the CRM and controls updated to ensure pipeline integrity
Requirements
High school diploma
Intermediate Excel (including pivot tables)
Certifications: ANEPS, ANBIMA or FEBRABAN
Higher education completed or in progress in commercial management, managerial processes or related fields
