Role Overview
Managing incoming customer interactions via phone, chat, and email.
Providing clear and accurate information about a wide range of home technology products.

Requirements
Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Ability to remain professional and calm when handling customer concerns or unexpected situations.
Previous experience in customer support or technical support is considered an advantage.
