Role Overview
- Lead the production operations in the Plant
- Support the delivery of key performance targets (SQCDSM)
- Manages change/ transformation amongst the Operating teams
- Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets
- Drive the Operating team to identify and manage improvements
- Execute month-end processes, including journals and cost analysis
Requirements
- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry
- Experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools
- Strong financial acumen, solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent Excel skills
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Power BI (Good to have)
- Working towards or holding a CIMA qualification (or similar) (Good to have)
