Role Overview
Organize and handle administrative tasks
Process and maintain personnel and payroll records
Serve as a point of contact for residents, relatives and external partners
Support the facility manager in day-to-day operations
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally in the healthcare sector
Professional experience in the administration of a care facility
Very good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with accounting, payroll/billing and other application software
Independent, analytical and structured way of working
Empathy and strong communication skills
