Role Overview
- Provide professional basic and therapeutic nursing care in our secure residential unit for residents with dementia
- Implement the expert standards "Establishing relationships in the care of people with dementia"
- Create and update nursing documentation
- Support residents in structuring and carrying out daily activities
- Provide guidance and onboarding for new colleagues
Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified/registered nurse or equivalent, with additional training in gerontopsychiatric nursing
- Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
- Responsible and structured working style
- Openness to professional development and further training
