Role Overview

• Provide professional basic and therapeutic nursing care in our secure residential unit for residents with dementia
• Apply the expert standard "Relationship-building in the care of people with dementia"
• Create and update nursing documentation
• Support residents with everyday activities and daily routines
• Provide guidance and onboarding for new colleagues

Requirements

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional (or equivalent) with a further qualification in gerontopsychiatric nursing
• Team player with empathy for residents and colleagues
• Responsible and structured approach to work
• Openness to professional development and continuing education
